Matrix Viewer Utility

viewmat
|
This release of the GeneMark pacakge includes a utility for displaing the complete
contents of a GeneMark matrix file in human-readable form. This information may
or may not be of use. It should be noted that the output generated by this program
can be VERY large.
The general syntax for the viewmat utility is:
viewmat matrix1 [ matrix2 ... ]
For example:
$ viewmat
ecoli_1.mat
Matrix file /usr/local/share/matrices/sub-optimal/ecoli_0.mat,
348 bytes...
